Colonial Village

The Colonial Village, situated on a private wooded area along Massey Way, includes two townhouses that opened in Fall 2004. The Rooney House is home the University's Rooney Visiting Scholar and his/her family each semester, while the Melvin D. Teetz Alumni House contains offices for RMU's Institutional Advancement staff. Additional townhouses are planned for the village in years to come.
