Hello! My name is David Toole and I'm an Admissions Counselor at RMU. In the spring of 2008 I proudly received my B.S.B.A. in Management from none other than Robert Morris University. My experiences here have given me a devout appreciation and a firsthand knowledge for what this institution has to offer. I look forward to sharing these experiences with future students as they make one of the most important decisions of their young lives. Transitioning to college can be a scary thing but I'm devoted to making that move as smooth as possible. If you have any questions feel free to stop by the admissions office, give me a call, or drop me an e-mail. I’m always willing to help out!
As an undergraduate, I decided early on that I wanted to get involved and take advantage of everything that RMU had to offer. I wanted to receive more than just an education. I wanted to be a leader, I wanted to be noticed, and I wanted to get recognition for the achievements which I strived for. This school allowed me to do all that and more. Joining the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, taking office as the President of Student Government Association, co-organizing the first ever national level concert on RMU's campus (Taking Back Sunday, Underoath, and Armor for Sleep; Spring 2007), and flying out to Los Angeles California with 2 of my best friends to accept a College Emmy Award for a music video we produced were amazing experiences.
In addition, I earned the lead roles in several Colonial Theater productions. That catapulted me into two lead roles in 2 professional musicals at the Byham Theater in downtown Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh Musical Theater's "West Side Story" [Tony] and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat" [Joseph]) these were all achieved as a result of my experience here at Robert Morris University.
Outside of work I’m either playing shows with my band Identity X, rehearsing for the next musical production with Pittsburgh Musical Theater, or spending time with family, friends, and my wonderful girlfriend!
Simply put, I love this school and I know you will too! I look forward to working with you!
