I was both outstanding Freshman Actuarial Science Student and Susan K. Hofacre Fan of the the Year. I also try to serve God to the best of my ability. I also placed third in RMU Idol in 2008.
Why did you choose to attend RMU? Actuarial Science is only offered with accredidation at 60 colleges in the nation. Not only is RMU the only one in southwest Pennsylvania, it has outstanding faculty. What do you like best about RMU? I like how RMU can be both big and small. It is big enough to be an NCAA Division I school, but I still recognize a lot of people when I move from class to class. What activities are you involved in? I am the Student Program Board representative to the Student Government Association. I am also on the College Bowl team, a Patriot Scholar, and the International Justice Mission. I am also actively involved in Chi Alpha and the Newman Club. For fun, I cheer at Colonial home games. I also play video games and connect with God. I also like to hang with my friends. What do you plan on doing after graduation? I plan on becoming an Actuary. Actuaries assess risk for insurance companies and human resource firms.
